Paula Butragueño, also known as Pau Inspirafit, is a huge reference in the world of sport. Her passion for sport dates back to when she was just 3 years old, when she started rhythmic gymnastics and years later, she has continued training and specialising in fitness, yoga and meditation.
For her, sport is a very important part of a healthy life, but she stresses that our mental and emotional health is also important. That's why she has created the PHI method, a routine of basic habits that with 8 steps achieves wellness; connecting body, mind and essence to tune in and inspire you through movement and mindfulness.
In this event that we will do together, we will have Paula as an instructor and she will share with all the attendees a Yogilates class. She will also tell us all the tricks and benefits of maintaining a healthy life in the Q&A that we will do after the session.
