High firmness mattresses
Jack Beds has three different ranges of firmness for the mattress: soft, medium and hard. Each has different characteristics and peculiarities.
To know how to choose the best for you, you need to look: if you have a physiological problem, how you sleep, your complexion (weight and height), and most importantly, how comfortable you feel.
All these values need to be taken into account, but we also need to put our preferences and tastes on the table. Because, for example, the most recommended for me may be one of soft firmness, but I can't sleep on it. Then all these circumstances are relevant, regardless of the order.
Pros of hard mattresses:
- Great balance.
- Ideal body weight distribution.
- Requires spinal alignment.
- They usually lead to a deeper sleep.
- They are recommended for your well-being.
- High strength.
- Good independence of beds for sleeping with a companion.
- Hardness is not at odds with adaptability.
Cons of Hard Firm Mattresses:
- They can't please everyone.
- Not recommended for babies, young adults, overweight people and those who are very hot.
Who are hard mattresses recommended for?
Tough mattresses are ideal for: overweight people, those with physiological problems, those who often get up with back pain, and for athletes or athletes.
On the other hand, they are recommended for those who sleep upside down. Because in this way you will avoid waking up "like an eight", with back pain and problems in both the lumbar and cervical area. Or if you sleep on your side, to get a perfect alignment of your body. You will have head, shoulders and hip in the same alignment; which will bring you great satisfaction of well-being and full comfort.
And as for tastes or preferences, if you are looking to sleep well, without sagging, with your body at the same level and get up with the feeling that you have lost two summers from the deep sleep you have slept; definitely opt for a hard mattress.
In case you don't know what it's like to wear a mattress and need to try it on, come to our Jack Beds stores without any commitment. You can find us in Barcelona (Macià, Aragón, Gràcia or Poblenou) in Mataró or in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
In each of our boutiques we have professionals from the world of rest, who will solve all your doubts and problems. You will hear Rins of Orders from his story, trying all the beds one by one.

Its fabric, being cotton and viscose, gives a fresh touch. In addition, its ViscoGel offers the thermoregulatory effect. Wonderful to warm up in the winter and sweat in the summer!
It has a light padding on top with 3 cm of Visco Gel and a firm Coal Foam Extra filling. Materials in high demand for their comfort, offering peace of mind and pleasure in equal parts.
And for the most classic and in love with the docks we have the Eris. In three words: character, firmness and well-being. Despite being docked, it doesn't feel like a rebound effect.
It has a block of pocket springs of 320 m/2 differentiated in 5 rest zones, for better ergonomics and adaptation.
